BLUE WORLD CITY


Blue World City (BWC) is a housing society project of “Blue Group of Companies (BGC)” owned by Mr. Saad Nazir son of ex-deputy commissioner Lahore Mr. Ch. Nazeer. BGC deals in a number of sectors having diversified portfolio from Housing, Bricks, Palms, Design, Construction to Blue Technologies, and Blue Media. BGC has served in real estate
for last 30 years in Pakistan by offering architectural design & construction services. Moreover, it has served retail industry with a variety of convenience retail stores & clothing brands. Overall the background of BWC is strong enough to make it a trustworthy and credible housing project. Currently, BWC is headed and managed by BGC which has expertise in architectural & construction profession. The master plan of BWC is made by association of BWC with a Chinese Company named “Shan Jian Municipal Engineering” which mainly conducts planning & designing in architectural aspects of the society due to which it has been tagged as Pak China Friendly City.

Location:
Blue World City (BWC) is located at main Chakri Road near Chakri Interchange at Islamabad-Lahore Motorway (M2). Situated at a prime location, having access to Rawalpindi main city near approved Ring Road and Islamabad International Airport, BWC has been proved an attraction for Investment & Living purposes to overseas and local Pakistanis.

Project Starting Date:
The project, BWC, has been officially started by 2018.

No Objection Certificate (NOC):
The NOC of society has been approved by Rawalpindi Development Authority. The total proposed land for the society is 5000 kanal. The investors should prefer investing in those societies whose NOC is approved or under-process.

Investment Aspect:
BWC is in its initial phase so it is offering plot files to both investors and end users. It has been proved a low cost investment opportunity and given profits to investors since it started to both, Residential and Commercial plots’ investors.

Minimum Investment:
The minimum investment required today to invest in residential files of BWC is Rs. 80,000/- while the minimum investment required to invest in commercial files is Rs.500,000/-. The lowest investment which society provided at starting of the project in residential files was Rs. 40,000/- which is increased to Rs. 80,000/- giving profits to its first purchasers. Similarly, in commercial plot files it provided investment opportunity from Rs. 475,000/-.

Total Area:
The total planned area of the project is 5,000 Kanal uptil now.

BWC has categorized its area in two main categories which are as following:
                         i.   General Block
                        ii.  Overseas Block
These blocks are further divided into Alphabetically-arranged sub blocks like A, B, C. It is offering both Residential and Commercial plots in all of its blocks.

Development Progress:
The pace of development work in BWC is quite fast and satisfactory. Main Gate of the society is constructed and access to the blocks is made possible by wide carpeted boulevard. The society has employed a number of professionals from Pakistan as well as Abroad. The equipment & machinery has been imported from China.

I personally do recommend to clients to invest at the lowest price of any category/block in BWC and hold it for at least one to two years.
